COUGHT

Cough useful addition to the normal reflex that helps to remove mucus and foreign matter from your respiratory tract, coughing can also cause interference. Acute cough lasts for 3 weeks or less. Cause

What you can do
  • Sleeping with head higher position and do not jump to sleep after eating.
  • Drink plenty of liquids such as juice, soup or water to relax the airway.
  • Inhalation of warm and humid air. You do this by standing under a warm shower or soak in warm water. If you use a vaporizer air (vaporizer) make sure you clean it properly and regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions
  • Use medications only if the-counter cough interfere with sleep or other activities. Supresen to reduce but not eliminate the cough. Avoid antihistamines because it will dry up mucus secretion became more viscous. If you have a chronic health problem, avoid the use of decongestants.
  • Avoid canned aerosols, sprays, powders and smoke cigarettes or fireplace.
  • For smokers, peling effective way to stop a cough is to stop smoking.
