4 Sehat 5 Sempurna

Since childhood, often both at home and at school we were taught by eating "4 Sehat 5 Sempurna". Indeed, to obtain a healthy body needs a healthy diet anyway.


1. Carbohydrate Foods
Serves as the primary food source of energy for our body so that the body is able malakukan daily activities. Examples such as rice, corn, oats, potatoes, wheat / wheat flour, and other tubers.
Note: Actually, white rice (rice) which is usually consumed by Indonesian people more prone to cause diabetes or blood sugar to rise if consumed in large quantities. Because in this case because the content is owned by the glycemic white rice is able to produce high sugar levels.

The Importance of Early Immunization For Children

Immunizations recommended to protect your child from certain infectious. For most children, immunizations pose less risk. Memmbantu vaccination protects humans, especially children, from the many diseases that can cause illness or death. Typically, newborns develop natural immunity against some diseases of the mother, but it was short-lived immunity and cause the children are at risk of many diseases. That's why a vaccine is given to children as early as possible in the first six months of age. The vaccine is usually given to children include:

 
Hepatitis B Vaccine
The vaccine consists of three injections against Hepatitis B.

Oral Polio Vaccine
The vaccine consists of three doses of syrup to protect your child from polio. The vaccine is given to all babies born in maternity homes / hospitals at the time will be discharged from the maternity homes / hospitals.

BCG vaccine
BCG vaccine should be given at age 2 to 3 months. One useful shots immunize children against tuberculosis.

DTP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis)
The vaccine consists of three injections that can provide immunity against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (whooping cough). Doses of DTP vaccine (injection) was first given at 3-6 weeks of age. Booster (vaccination replicates) was first given about 18 months, and the next one at the age of 4-5 years.

Hyperacidity (Excess Stomach Acid)

Hyperacidity caused by excessive production of hydrochloric acid and other fluids such as pepsin in the stomach, causing gastric irritation. This excessive production of acid gastric disturb defense, which led to the protection of the mucus lining the stomach wall down and damage the inside wall. These conditions lead to gastritis.
