Healthy Living

Health is a priceless treasure. These words have a point, although we have a lot of money if we are not healthy then all of our money will be useless because we can not enjoy it. Therefore many people are now more concerned with health than with money.

Actually to get a healthy body is very easy. Simply by doing these three simple ledge. A healthy diet, regular exercise,  adequate rest, think positive and keep away from stress.

Let's look at each one of them:

Healthy Eating
We are what we eat. What we eat will reflect ourselves. Therefore we need to choose foods that are healthy and good for our bodies. Here are some tips on choosing healthy eating :
  • Do not eat too many carbohydrates and fats.
  • Inadequate fiber diet needs, for women need 25 grams of fiber per day, while men need 38 grams of fiber per day, according to the Institute of Medicine formula based on the rules to get 14 grams of fiber for every 1,000 calories.
  • Avoid foods or preservatives that are in the long term can lead to cancer.
  • Drinking enough water.
  • Choose foods with the cooking steamed, boiled or pan-fried with a little cooking oil.
  • Fulfill your intake of vegetables and fruits each day.
  • Avoid excessive drinking during meals because it would complicate digestion performance.
  • Instead of eating large meals better eating several small meals because it will increase your metabolism and controlling blood sugar levels.
Regular Exercise
People who will have a diligent exercise endurance better.
Besides sports also have many other benefits such as improving blood flow to the brain, metabolism and regeneration of body cells happen more quickly so the ageless, regular exercise regularly and on keeping our bodies from disease sources of fat, and boost self-confidence.

Adequate Rest
Night's sleep 6-8 hours a day is very good for health. The body will work to heal itself when you are asleep. It can also relieve stress because people who sleep less cortisol (stress hormone) will be 50% more in bloodstream than those who slept more. Quality rest at night can also boost immunity from disease.

Think Positive and Keep Away From Stress
Always think positively will make you feel happy and spiritual health so you are more awake. Think positive and upbeat and always be grateful for the favors given god. And welcome a brighter future.
