Itching can also be dangerous

Itching is skin irritation that causes you to scratch. Itching can be localized (limited diarea a body) or generalized (occurring all over the body). This situation is common but often harmless. Itchy skin with visible abnormalities should consult a physician, and in some cases should be brought to a dermatologist because of the possibility of requiring special handling.

Common Cause
1. Comprehensive itch:

  • Certain drugs such as antibiotics

2. Itching in certain areas:

  • Female genitalia (vulva) : dry, low hormone levels due to menopause
  • Anus : hemorrhoids, intestinal worms
  • Foot : Athlete's foot (a fungal infection in the skin of the foot)
